Prabhjot Punnia founded Summit Point Law with the goal of making legal services accessible, practical, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta and was called to the Alberta Bar following her clerkship with the Court of Appeal of Alberta and articles with the Department of Justice Canada.

For several years, Prabhjot served as legal counsel with the Department of Justice Canada, where she represented federal Ministers and government entities in proceedings before all levels of Alberta courts and the Federal Court. In this role, she managed a wide range of files, including complex litigation, judicial reviews, and constitutional and administrative law matters. This experience strengthened her skills in litigation, advocacy, and strategic problem-solving — expertise she now brings to clients at Summit Point Law.
